   CHILL CASTING
   
  The Foundry Albini has 6 electrical furnaces for a total capacity of 3500 kg, 2 tilting automatic machines, 5 semiautomatic tilting and not tilting machines, a machine for rotor degassing. It offers the possibility to open dies from 0.2 m to 2 m and to produce aluminum alloy castings from 0 to 50 kg, to use shell-moulding in-house produced cores, to insert brass or iron inserts and cooling steel coils. This combines a great flexibility with a high production rate, ensuring a constant high quality.
